I agree with your analysis of the speech *however* it must be noted that thought and action are two entirely different things - Hoenig&#039;s track record shows little but a tendency (like many of his FRB colleagues) to point out the obvious and yet not change his MO to adapt to the dangerous conditions which he himself lays out in the speech.

You want a real Fed winner? Kevin Warsh. That guy is a poet. :)
